At West Coast Choppers, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your order doesn't meet the high standards of the WCC lifestyle, we are here to help you get the right fit or a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of the packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
